Exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Support Professional with Corporate Paralegal Experience to join the legal department of a thriving, global company.  The Litigation Support Professional with Corporate Paralegal Experience will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Launch and maintain a new corporate database for tracking the legal activity for multiple domestic and international subsidiaries.  Must have significant database experience, including with e-billing, document retention and invoicing.
  • General corporate duties such as maintaining stock certificates, assisting with reporting requirements, forming / merging entities, etc.
  • Transactional work such as preparation for closings, organizing due diligence and more.
  • Assist with litigation and compliance-related matters.
  • Special projects as needed.
  • Must be available for OT as needed, however this an exempt position.
  • Must have a Bachelors degree; additional Paralegal Certificate is a plus. 
  • Must have 3-10 years of relevant experience; experience with a multi-national corporation is a plus. 
  • Strong research and writing skills along with solid communication skills are necessary.
