Need detail and sales oriented individual to review, negotiate and process sales contracts for an equipment manufacturer with worldwide energy and engineering companies.

Qualifications being sought, include former experience handling the legal aspects of sales contract negotiations, a big plus; paralegal training acceptable; no attorneys; other detail oriented candidates with work experience in such areas as traffic, freight forwarding, purchasing, and international business roles, are welcome to apply for consideration.

10+ years experience preferred; with college degree in Business, to Psychology, to Engineering

Accounting, Finance and Marketing degree are not preferred for the position.

Candidates with only paralegal experience will not met the job qualification.
Previous experience could be in various areas, not just legal.
Candidates must have excellent organizationally and detailed experience.
