Cyber-Security Legal Secretary

Cyber Security group seeks legal secretary to support 9 attorneys with a team of 2 other secretaries.
Duties:
  • Submission of legal filings, including ECF (e-filing)Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, and seminars
  • establish, develop, maintain and update filing system for the attorneys. Retrieve information from files when needed
  • Type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofread copy for spelling and grammar making appropriate changes

Must have:
  • Min. 3 years exp as legal secretary in litigation
  • Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills
  • Experience with international travel booking with complicated itineraries and currency conversions.

Preferred:
    • Flexibility to work OT
    • Experience providing executive level support
    • Advance knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications and Visio
