Busy, high-volume immigration law firm is looking for an experienced immigration legal assistant/Paralegal. Will mainly work on business immigration matters such as EB5.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have 6 month to 1 year experience in business immigration and be motivated and mastered at multitasking; have knowledge of immigration forms and e filing
2. Must read, write, speak Chinese and understand Chinese business and legal documents
3. Excellent English writing skills
4. Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills; must have the ability to write and translate documents accurately with correct English writing style.
5. Excellent organizational skills (document organization, preparation, mailing, etc.)
6. Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, online search
7. Type at least 55 WPM
8. Plan to stay in the position long-term to develop a career of immigration paralegal
9. Employment authorization (work permit) in the U.S. required
10. US Bachelor's degree preferred. NO J.D.s or LLMs accepted at this time
