Boutique law firm seeks a paralegal with 3 to 5 years litigation
paralegal experience. Draft documents including stipulations;notices;
affidavits and correspondence to clients. E-file documents in state and
federal courts. Calendar case deadlines.Prepare for depositions
including deposition exhibits. Must be very familiar with Concordance
and adept at learning new programs. Fast paced environment with great
benefits. Bachelor's degree required. Paralegal certificate a plus.
Bachelors degree required. 3+ years as a paralegal with in a law firm.
Proficient with MicrosoftWord and Excel.Concordance, ECF. No JDs please.
