Major midtown firm is seeking experienced commercial real estate paralegal. Candidate should have a minimum of 3+years and be out of a top tier firm. Experience with large commercial deals, title searches and surveys, lease abstractions are required. BA and flexibility for overtime is a must. Our client is a successful international law firm whose commercial real estate practice is well regarded in the industry. The firm provides a stable and well tenured group of both attorneys and paralegals. The commercial real estate paralegal will work directly with Partners and will function independently.
No JD's ..... sorry.

  2. Who doesn't want to have their own home. Renting should just be a temporary remedy. There should be some plans to be able to achieve the plan of acquiring your own home.

    If ever you have the money for downpayment. I and really serious in buying your own home or adding additional investment. I think Williamsville should be one of the location to look into.
