Full Time Law Clerk Needed for Busy Plaintiff's Litigation Firm (Santa Ana, California)

[Ed.-- The job market for attorneys is so bad that this personal injury firm can, for the sum of $16/hour, demand and probably get an applicant who is a law student or recently graduated, but has not yet passed the bar.  Absolutely no attorneys, though.  This could be for various reasons but, in my mind, there's a rebuttable presumption that ads looking for a law student/recent grad but don't want a full-fledged lawyer are doing so because they want their future employee to have free access to Westlaw/Lexis/Bloomberg.  Those free student logins are only supposed to be used for academic purposes, but this is a restriction honored more in the breach than the observance.  Legal research is expensive, so why not offer a marginal salary to some 3L until his password expires, then rinse and repeat?]
