Saying no that many times must get wearing. Note the disjunctive here; if somebody had five years of paralegal experience in an AmLaw setting and all the other requirements, then they would be a good fit for this job. If they have that experience and then go to law school, though, they cannot get this job. Your law degree has negative economic value.]

We are currently recruiting a senior commercial litigation paralegal for
a permanent opportunity with a premier boutique firm in Midtown
Manhattan. Position will be focused on commercial litigation work, and
also some insurance arbitration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum
of five (5) years of experience, some of which will have been gained in
an AmLaw setting. A BA degree is required for this position. Note:
client will consider paralegals currently in between positions, so long
as they have very strong permanent experience. Trial experience, war
room experience, cite-checking, blue booking, Shepardizing, online
database knowledge, and researching abilities are key. Major pluses
would be federal and state court experience in New York.
Salary will be commensurate with experience, the position includes a full benefit package.
