A growing Personal Injury firm in Irvine is looking to fill its Intake
Specialist position. We aren't like most law firms; we're relaxed, but
fast-paced, with unbeatable amenities, fantastic atmosphere and
challenging work. We strongly believe in rewarding those within the
firm with bonuses and other perks, there is also room for advancement as
well.
Our ideal candidate has the following:
Legal assistant experience
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
Comfortable being on the phone with potential clients (heavy phone use)
Ability to determine what is a "good" or "acceptable" case and which cases are not for us.
Likes to work as part of a team
This position involves heavy phone use, so it is important the right
candidate has good phone etiquette and persuasive speaking skills.
Additionally, attention to detail is important in gathering information
to begin a client's file.
We have recovered multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts for our
