Trust & Estate planning paralegal needed for DC law firm. Main
responsibilities include DC, MD & VA probate work and tax return
preparation. Will assist with probate from opening of the new estate
proceedings to final distribution. Will also assist with preparation of
trust accounting, estate tax returns, and estate and trust fiduciary
income tax returns. This job involves heavy client contact.
Please have 3 years paralegal experience in related practice group, DC
and VA probate experience, as well as experience preparing tax returns.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Paralegal degree or
certificate preferred. Salary totally open. Please have good tenure.

It really seems like there is a lot of work that comes with estate planning. My dad is just starting to plan his estate and it's been an very interesting process.
