We are looking for a currently employed professional who wants to work
at a successful boutique PI law firm with top quality cases and top
dollar pay.

Must have 5 years present working knowledge of all aspects of pre litigation.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE A LAW DEGREE OR ARE A PRACTICING ATTORNEY.
Primary duties include but may not be limited to: Opening files,
rectifying property damage, requesting police reports, preparing demand
packages, transcribing dictation, indexing files, filing, payouts and
calendaring.
Knowledge of obtaining and updating medicals records and bills is indispensable.
Professional attitude and demeanor, energetic with great people skills,
precision to detail, extremely organized and above average computer
skills.
Proficient in WPX5, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, Quicken and/or Quickbooks, (light bookkeeping experience preferable) and Abacus Law.
Working knowledge of the phases of litigation to provide back up support if needed, useful but not indispensable.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH PRIMARILY PRE-LITIGATION EXPERIENCE.
Must be able to provide three professional references.
