Contracts Manager - Immediate Need (SOMA / south beach)

[Ed.-- As pointed out on JDU, this is "the dictionary definition of JD disadvantage. They won't take you out of the running explicitly for having one, but they prefer that you don't have one".  As always, it's worth reading the "No JD" in conjunction with the other requirements; even if you have 3-5 years of on-point experience and are available immediately, they would still prefer it if you DON'T have a JD.  And that's for a job in the legal department!  The legal department doesn't want you to have a JD, why on Earth would anybody else?]

Major, Lindsey & Africa is currently seeking a talented Contract Manager for a technology client in San Francisco. Working as part of the legal team, this person will be responsible for reviewing, redlining and updating all inbound contracts, including SaaS agreements, NDAs and other commercial agreements. This is a temp-to-hire position slated to start ASAP.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of contracts management experience in the technology industry
- experience working with licensing agreements.
- available immediately and able to work through the holidays
- no JD preferred
